Returns and Exchanges

All purchases are final, no exchanges available however if there is a fault or defect in the jewellery, I am more than happy to accept the piece for repairs free of charge. Feel free to contact me via email at laurascottjewellery@gmail.com. 

Ring Sizing

Custom-sized rings, crafted to order, are available in any size. Please include a note at the checkout specifying your size if your size is not available in the dropdown menu. For ready-to-ship rings, resizing may not be possible, but feel free to reach out via email at laurascottjewellery@gmail.com for inquiries.

Shipping:

Please allow 10-14 days for made to order pieces to be completed before it is shipped. Ready to ship will be ready for dispatch 1-2 days after ordering. 

All shipments will be sent via Australia Post standard shipping with tracking.
